    Things Are Looking Up

I had an ultrasound of my thigh yesterday and there were no blood clots. I still think it's a nerve thing but won't know until I go to see the surgeon on Tuesday.

I feel great today. Almost normal. I get little bursts of energy but then have to rest a bit. I have absolutely no regrets, so far, about having weight loss surgery.

I have no idea how much weight I've lost since I'm not weighing myself until I go to the doctor. (I lost 18 pounds in the 2 weeks before surgery.) I have a feeling I've lost a bit and it's all showing in my bra :-( Isn't that always the way?

I appologize again that I have no idea what's going on with all my blogger buddies. I promise that when I get a chance to be on-line more, I'll come visit.

Good for you. It would not surprise me if it were nerve issue to0. When I had my incision they made a portion of me numb and there was not a lot that could be done. I just got used to it.

You know if you were not losing it in the bra too, you would become top heavy and keep falling over. We would not want that now would we? Eveything will work out.

Jenn, glad to hear you are feeling better. Isn't it always the way that loss comes off the boobs.

You take it easy and don't try to do too much. *hugs*

You take care of you. We'll still be here.

I'm excited to know how much weight you've lost so far, and yes, expect to lose it all in your chest first. When I was in high school I weighed around 135lbs and was a very nice B cup, then I got this little (large) cocaine addiction and dropped to 110 lbs and now I can't even wear a double A bra :(

I kicked the coke habit but the titties never came back.

Glad to hear you're doing well and feeling good!

Why is it as women we lose weight in our boobs first and it's the one place we want to keep?

Keep up the good work and positive attitude!

Glad you're hanging in there! Take each day as it comes. Walking will help avoid the bloot clots. Hell, even just cruising around your house on rainy days will help.

Don't get too focused on the food. Just do what feels right. Your body will let you know when it can and can't digest anything.

Hey, didn't know so much was going on in your life here! First of all, I'm glad things went okay with the surgery. That's a big step. You don't look like you needed it, but it's all about being happy and healthy, right?

Anyway, the leg thing- had it. Even if I work out, I still feel numbness in my left leg. It's from sitting at my desk all day. I could be active and everything- but this DAMN desk! I thought it was a blood clot too, I got scared. But it was actually muscle inflammation that prevented blood from circulating properly. Maybe it could be what I had? It was looked at by a doctor- not self-diagnosis here. :)

Feel better and I hope things are okay!

    Enjoy your weekend!
