Life gets crazy this time of year. I'm doing the holiday gift shop at the elementary school until Friday. This is my 6th year. You may remember last year's craziness .
Things are a little different this year since my stamina isn't what it was prior to surgery. I'm used to being so tired I can barely walk out of the school at night. Today was a good day. I don't feel nearly as exhausted because I'm taking things a little easier.
This past weekend, we went to a lighted Christmas Parade. Our God daughter and her family got to come. It was a blast.
Here she is all bundled up. (The windchill was 12 degrees.)

OMG...3 pounds! I think I sweep that up everyday after my dogs! LOL....cute dogs and cute kid!
Good to get out and around though, isn't it?
Oh come on. Once said pouch grows up to be 3 pounds it will get out of your way, no worries. It is cute. The face kind of reminds me of the pictures of Roxie's dog.
I had no idea that these night time parades exist. I guess I need to get out a little more too.
that dog is SOOO adorable!
and i'm so glad you did yourself! (heh) i'm linking it...
i love that thing.
That puppy is just precious! Love his Christmas outfit! :)
Your godchild is precious too! But you knew I'd mention the dog first, right? ;-)
I want that dog for Christmas....I love him!
Jenn, I want your God Daughter for Christmas. She is delightful!
sounds like the good kind of family craziness ... :)
normally I'm against dogs in clothing, but for that little guy I'll make an exception.
Also, you're quite a spry elf!
Dang, I don't usually care much for babies and small dogs (especially chihuahuas), but you may be corrupting me with those photos. Damn you, Woman! Why must you take the scrooge out of me and replace it with mush?
p.s. You're so cool! I'm really proud of you and all your hard work. I wanna see your ass in a bikini by August, okay?
Your little goddaughter is precious! So is the dog, and I'm not usually a fan of little dogs. Please take it easy. I don't want any setbacks :)
