it is very hard to find sometimes but what a precious gift.
Oz never did give nothin' to the Tin Man that he didn't already have.
But he did help him find what he was looking for within himself.

Wow nice 55. It is so true that, although you may encourage someone, they need to draw the self confidence from inside. That is a constant struggle for me.
