Well, I made it! The plane ride wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (Sal, I laughed my ass off at your comment on the last post). Getting to the airport was pretty harried. We traveled through lightening, torrential rains, and tornados but be got there. Of course the planes weren't leaving when they were supposed to because of the weather. Our plane was one of the few that left on time and we even landed early. Woo hoo!!
It was 97 degrees and humid yesterday. Mr. Sign and I made good use of the hotel room *wink, wink* and then decided to go to one of the local casinos. Soon after we got there, an elderly lady started talking to me and told me to come over to her machine because she had to leave as her bus was leaving. The machines pay you with a ticket that you later turn into cash and her ticket was jammed. I asked her if she was sure and she was gone when I turned around. I finally got an attendant to come over and check it out. Sure enough, the ticket was jammed. When it printed the amount was almost $22. I immediately took it to a penny slot and lost it over the course of an hour and a half.
I baked by the pool this morning for a couple of hours slathering on the SPF 1000 sunblock. It was ridiculously hot so I came in. I'm sitting in the bar right now since only the lobby and the bar have wireless internet. That totally sucks but at least there is something.
I almost made Mr. Sign late for training this morning, *ahem* Did I mention that there's a whole football team staying here for training? Life is GOOD!

So what is so wrong with having to be in the BAR for Internet access. It sounds like a convenient excuse to me.
