    A River Runs Through It

My parents took the girls up north salmon fishing and the weather was so nice that Mr. Sign and I decided to join them on Saturday. It was sunny and in the mid 70's so how could we resist? These are just a few pictures which don't do the colors justice.

    My stepdad, T.

T and #1. She gets right in there with the men and holds her own.

#1 limited out for the day.

#2 and a family friend. She reeled in this 18 pounder.

I've went salmon fishing in Michigan before. Platte Lake, early October. I had a cabin for a week. It was awesome. I plan on going back some day.

I was blog browsing & you being from Michigan caught my eye. I am, too. Your photography was so good that it had me missing here until I remembered I am HERE. You must be farther north than I am, though.

That looks like so much fun. I love fishing. And the trees and the river are breathtaking.

Your girls must be strong to stand that current and reel in Salmon, those puppies put up a fight.
