    Check This Out

The great founder of HNT has a fairly new site up and running. Os has been generous enough to ship his shirt out to fellow bloggers who then take pictures of themselves in it. The Michigan Bloggers all got to have their way with the shirt back in March. Oh the things that shirt has endured. Somehow the shirt was left in my room for the night and I took an HNT picture in my hungover stupor. It appears on the site.

Check out the new button in my sidebar and show the shirt some love.

Oh the memories. That was a fun time for sure. I would encourage other groups of bloggers to try the same thing some time. Maybe and Ohio blogger meeting? I am sure you can get the shirt sent your way. The jello shots, you're on your own but they are not that hard to make and they are so good.

OH Im so sorry I missed that one! Anyways sign I wanted to tell you that you started something and a good close friend of mine finaished it. I am calling a specialist and asking about gastric bypass surgery. One of the reasons I now am more interested is because my friend said it would help my back and I might not need back surgery. Right now I'd rather have the bypass than the back surgery. Why? Because doc said if I had the back surgery I'd have a higher chance of being in a wheelchair the rest of my life than if I lost the weight. Of course Im hate the thought of surgery but if it would help my back and help me walk farther than 500 feet then Im interested. So Im going to call this guy tomorrow and see if I can at least come in and see him and see what he thinks. O BTW my friend went from 380lbs to 189 and she is 5'11". I would say that is a big change!
