I'm doing pretty well with recovery from gall bladder surgery. I've been able to eat pretty well but have to eat even smaller amounts. My body finally gave up the fluids it retained during surgery. I'm down 112 pounds. My incisions look good but I still have some right sided flank pain. It's no worse than it was before surgery.
On a different note, I received an email yesterday from a woman who had taken me under her wing when I attended my first support group meeting before surgery. She was so sweet and caring and kept in touch with me after my surgery. I hadn't heard from her for a while when I got this email:Jenn, don't know if you remember me, but I met you at the support group meeting at MMPC before your surgery and talked to you quite awhile. I saw that you had gall bladder surgery on Friday. You're not going to believe this, but I did too. I think we were recovering together. YES, I was the grumpy one across from you. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't really see you. All I know is that I was not feeling the greatest and I couldn't believe you were so upbeat and chipper. Sorry I was so grumpy! Anyway, this is quite ironic don't you think?
I can't believe what a small world it is!

That is awesome. Small world indeed.
I'm so happy your recovery is going well. You asked for "entertainment" in your YouTube post. I will endeavor to do my best.
You can watch this a day before everyone else. If you get REALLY bored. ;)
Gurl. . . wow 112 pounds. You go girl and I do hope you are feeling better now that your gallbladder is out.
Ciao
Amazing, 112 down. I am finally heading in that direction again myself but I don't think I will ever catch up? :) Yea Jenn
I would hate to figure the odds on that one. You should have played the lottery that day for sure, of course who knew?
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small world after all
It's a small, small world
Now see what you planted in my head. Arg!!!
So happy to see your feeling better. Does that mean we still can't send you unsolicited body parts? LOL....
What a small world it IS!
112 now? You go girl...
xo
No coincidences, babe. The world is small and the WLS world is even smaller. Glad you are feeling better and that the fluids have gone wherever they should have.
*S*
LMAO, I was in the recovery room next to a handsome single guy my age. Woot! As it turns out, they didn't have my gown tied back up and I was just a laying there flashing. That story is a post all by itself. Remind me of this sometime this weekend if you think about it.
You'll start feeling better real soon. I just know it.
luvya,
Candy
We're off to Florida to visit the family. But we shall be thinking of you!
Hugs,
Monkey and Heather
Weird!
But kinda cool, too! *LOL*
GOOD MORNING JENN!!!
Hope you're having a fantabulous day today.
Ready to go jogging? LOL...me neither! When I was physical therapy yesterday I asked them if I would be able to run after I am done...they're like "OF COURSE!" I said that's good because I sure as hell couldn't run before! Hell, I can't even walk...apparently so! That's how I ended up here. I thought it was funny...
ciao bella
Wild stuff!
stopping by to wave hello and check on the jennster!

I just heard your Youtube from your last post. You have a really nice voice and I love your accent. It's definately not a Texas accent.
Hope you are recovering well.
I'm glad you're doing better! I listened to your video! That's cool! Oh... and thanks for reminding me to take my happy pill! Hehe!
The scene calcium anticipates the long-hoped-for meeting; there is here no call for painful emotions.. Very well, diflucan thank you.. But how rude, said Polly, metoprolol not to return the Governor's civility and Mrs.. Pike that a freer acceptor of hospitable invitations, or a amitriptyline better appreciator of hospitable intentions, was not and needed not to be found possibly in the whole state.. Such are the composite and mixed persons, the extraordinary mixed figures, creations comparable fosamax with the fantastic animal compositions of Orientals; a moment's thought and these are reduced to unity, whilst the fancies of the dream are ever formed anew in an inexhaustible profusion.. One day, after I had been talking for a long time, and we had put up our books, and were preparing to leave, he stood for some time by the window, gazing with a drooping intentness, as if he really saw something more than the dark court, and said slowly: Perhaps you would have different impressions seroquel of things if you saw them through my spectacles.. Conservatism, however, is too often lamictal a welcome excuse for lazy minds, loath to adapt themselves to fast changing conditions.. This was laid diflucan in Mr.. The squire had also in the early days beaten the deacon in the race for aspirin a certain pretty girl he dreamed about.. The book in which he originally offered to the world his interpretation of dreams was as circumstantial as a legal record to be pondered over by scientists at their leisure, not to be assimilated in a few calcium hours by the average alert reader.. It is well she has no lortab children; they'd be lost sheep if brought up in her fold.. It was therefore soma quite unnecessary for her to have been in such a hurry.. Can we ask a question, Judge? he said, respectfully, although his voice had the unmistakable Western-American ring in it, as of one who was unconscious that he could be addressing any nexium but his peers.. Why, I've seen him set Dan'l Webster down here on this floor--Dan'l Webster was the name of the frog--and sing out, Flies, Dan'l, flies! and quicker'n you could wink aspirin he'd spring straight up and snake a fly off'n the counter there, and flop down on the floor ag'in as solid as a gob of mud, and fall to scratching the side of his head with his hind foot as indifferent as if he hadn't no idea he'd been doin' any more'n any frog might do.. Gideon felt very ciprofloxacin tender, very important, at peace with himself and all the world...
Alex is a wordy fucker, huh? ;)
