    Sittin' Up In My Room

Nothing new to report since I'm still in the clutches of the crud. I am feeling ever so slightly better though.

I did get out to the grocery store yesterday morning. I go super early so that I miss the crowd. Every week the same kid rings up my goods. He's become the reason I go because he's this sweet kid who I'm pretty sure is gay but whatev's. He always asks where Mr. Sign is when he's not with me but this week he told me I looked hot with my hair the way I had it. For the record, I didn't do anything to it except blow it dry. I think I kind of resembled Leif Garrett in his hey day. Or maybe I looked a little like Farrah Fawcett (in my dreams).

I'm not really sure why, but I've always been a "fag hag" as G-Man put it. Young gay guys always seem to want to be my friend. There's the guy that waits on me every day at the local diner for lunch. He knows what I want and how I want it before I even open my mouth. (Maybe I need to work on not being so predictable?) He sits down next to me to take my order. His grandmother owns the diner so he can pretty much do whatever the hell he wants to.

My point in this is I feel it is my place to try and encourage these guys to do what they are good at. Diner kid is an awesome chef. He has actually made me specific food that I've asked for a few days ahead of time. His Greek pizza is to die for. Right now, he's kinda just wasting his time waiting on people when he should be in culinary school.

Grocery store kid (still in high school) is awesome at customer service. I make sure I let him know that he's one of the reasons I choose to shop where I shop (his mom is the store manager). I hope that he choses a profession where he is respected regardless of his sexual preferences.

On another note, is it Spring yet?

Hey Jenn...good for you on the encouragement. LOL@g-man. He's always come a comment for everyone and I mean that in a loving way...hahaha!

Bummer you're still feeling the pang of the creeping crud. It's a tough one to get over from what I hear...pffft!

Spring is almost there. I promise! Hey, I gotta an idea, you can come and house sit for me for your own mini vacation while I am gone next week ;o)

Okay, it sounds like it's party time at Jildo's with Sign-babe and Galen Lee.

If G-man's makin' dip....I'm SO there.

I hope you feel better, Sign-babe.

    And gayboys freakin' rule.

They're fun to go shopping with, and give the bestest tips on oral.

I love that he loved your hair.

    Awww!

Your bathing suit pic down there is not only hot-a-licous...but reminds me that I only have a week to go and buy a new suit of my own.

    I'm thinking vintage 50's/60's and I'm thinking polka-dots.

I'm also thinking a week may not be long enough to find my craving.

    Ugh.

Jildo~ G-Man is full of comments, isn't he? I'd love to visit California but not if you're not there.

G-Man~ We could do some serious damage there, couldn't we? Thank God you are back because it was pretty lame around here without you.

Strumpet~ We were totally commenting on each other's blogs at the same time! Great minds...

I hope that Galen is making dip. The possibilities are endless there.

I'm going to have to find out more about oral tips from my "boys".

Polka dots are my absolute favorite!! I couldn't find one in a flattering style for me. I wish you the best of luck, Mistress Strumpet!

    Feel damn better soon!

I love the idea that these two guys will someday take a leap because you believed in them.

You are supper to not only accept the young men but to also encourage them. It can't be easy for them the way some people are. I like it, you do kinda have the Farrah look going. Time for a remake of "the poster"?

The crud is trying to grab me so bad. I knew it when I went outside and caught a chill. Then all weekend as I spent it indoors I found I was chilled then too. That is so unusual. I obviously am not feeling well. So I hope my sacrifice of the weekend got me heading in the right direction. Sorry your crud just wont go away.

Did someone say party at Jillie's??? Right now, anywhere WARM would be fantastic. But alas, no Jillie. :(

Sorry you still feel some crud...that really sucks! It's supposed to warm up again this week, maybe that will help.
