I had a pretty boring weekend. I did go and see friends on Friday night and after a great night of food and fun, went back to my car to find that it wouldn't start. Luckily for me, since I was an hour and a half from home, my friend let me stay with her. We went back to the car the next morning and got it started. The car has been acting up and I believe it has something to do with bad gas.

I'm really in a dismal place right now. Not looking forward to winter and the cold that it brings. The weather here was in the 70's until Saturday when the bottom dropped out and the high was 35 degrees. I love the snow, but the cold is going to be wicked on my now less fat body.

The situation I'm in has not gotten any better, in fact, things have become harder than I ever dreamed. I'm persevering to try and make things work as this whole thing involves not just me, but my family as well. Thankfully, I have some amazing family and friends who are keeping me on the better side of sanity.

So, please forgive me if you don't see me around as much. I'm trying to work on life right now as it seems to need my extra attention.

And here I thought you would be excited about the little bit of snow that stuck to the grass. Sounds like you need to dress up like the stay puff man (like Mom's dress up their young kids) and laugh in colds face.

Life can be hard but I know you can make it through no matter how it ends. *hugs* for my friend.

Oh and the cold does suck. I have Tuesday off, it is suppose to be upper 40's and I am trying to get two yards of dirt delivered. Good times. I am going to be such a tired puppy. :)

I hope the car is doing better.

All I know is that you are one of the strongest people that I know.

I have never come across someone so determined to do whatever it takes to be happy AND healthy. And that encompasses SO very many things. You share yourself along your journey and it is so appreciated because I find inspiration and hope upon your blog. It provides me with a sense of solid ground.

Your ground is solid because even through rocky terrain you persevere and always come out strong and ALL Sign-babe.

I've come to the conclusion that life can suck butt sometimes, but life isn't all about when it sucks butt, it's about what we make of the butt-sucking.

And that's the part that I'm having some issues with lately too.

Cos it's not always easy how to figure out what to make of the butt-sucking.

So, we just have to trust ourselves to know how to stay true to who and what we are, so that we can find out.

    Love is all you need.

You have a great support system all around you, because you yourself are that for others.

    Take pride in that.

    Take heed in that.

    And just be Sign-babe.

    I love you.xo

Give your car a kiss, and rub it's tail, and hopefully it will feel better.

And be sure you're bundling up like a little skibunny. Layers, layers, and layers. In fact, I have to start doing that myself. I think today is going to be the last of the warm days until April. (Cos the high is in the lower 50's today, supposedly, in Chi.)

So, I should probably get out there and enjoy it. Maybe it will help me figure out what to make of my own personal 'Life Can Buttsuck' issues.

    The sun is shining-shining though!

    And that makes me smile.

I'm sending a smile over to you.

One more thing: Know that your family is strong because YOU are their matriarch and have provided such strength by staying true to yourself. No matter what it is that may affect them, they are strong, as you are strong.
