    Flash 55 ~ Take 54

She wasn't sure she was ready to hear the answer
she was desperately seeking. She had waited so long
to know that her hands were shaking as she fumbled for
    her phone.

She could barely contain her nervousness as she heard
the sound of an incoming text.

This was going to change her life forever.

If you are interested in attempting to write a 55, you can visit here to learn about it.
If you do one, go tell G-Man that you did.

Do I sense the beginning of another serial 55? (Don't think G-Man's gonna love that...)

But you're not really gonna just leave us hanging like that are ya?

I feel my heart and tummy a-fluttering right along with you, Sign-babe!

Oh, my God, I have felt this way too many times to count over receiving important answers to important questions in text message conversations.

Before I read the text sometimes, I rub the belly of my little pocket Buddha man.

    It calms me.

I think I need to go rub his belly now, because I really hope your text message was what you needed.

    xoxo, Sign-babe.

My Goodness, I have to do something about these flutters!

    So well written!

It's the doctor ... they said you are pregnant!

You have me hooked on this one. Such a powerful thing for just 55 words.

    Very nicely done.
